Unacceptable....personal hygiene is not a priority as staff does not 'notice' wet sheets on bed, wet clothes on residents, etc. Very little interaction; staff spends most of the time talking among themselves. Memory care resident outside with no supervision. Many promises from staff, none of which have been followed through. Very disappointing.UPDATE - management saw the above review and this seemed to be a catalyst for change...things have GREATLY improved...

Stephanie is wonderful at what she does! Always smiling and loves her job!!! Beautiful building and new cottages are amazing!

The facility is less than 18 months old, therefore very modern and clean. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful. There are lots of activities for the residents.
