Response from owner is incorrect. I have been to the property a bunch of times and was a regular volunteer for a while. My review is accurate according to my opinion from actually being there, and knowing the way it's gone way downhill recently. It's funny how a corporate bot from Chicago would try and act like they have a clue about what happens at ground level.

So Sad. We used to love this place- until they eliminated the entire management team- they were literally the only reason we stayed here for so long- the staff was AMAZING, but it's hard to overcome the facts- it's a 28 year old building that charges more rent as the new places down the street. We stayed through the black mold in the kitchen, and the broken up patio (which we felt was a fall hazard, and the rotten garden trellis that looks like it could fall apart at any minute.) But when the staff left, we decided to leave, too.
