Glenwood Healthcare is an awesome facility. They greeted me upon entering the building. They gave me a great tour. I interacted with the residents and staff. Very friendly I must say. Lori Hughes is a great inspiration to that facility. She makes everyone feels welcome even family and friends that comes to check on their love one. I give the entire staff there a A+ for their outstanding effort that they put forth each and everyday. WAY TO GO GLENWOOD HEALTHCARE IN GLENWOOD GA! STOP BY AND CHECK THEM OUT IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVE ONES TO FEEL AT HOME AND GET TAKING CARE IN A RESPECTABLE, CARING, AND DETERMINED SETTING!

This place is absolutely unfit! It is rundown and looks as if it is an old motel. The smell is like no other when you walk in and the place is overall disgusting. I asked for a blanket for my grandmother and the blanket I received had a huge hole in it and strings were hanging off of it all over. The mats they had laying around her bed were torn and dirty. We had told the nurse that my grandmother had to use the restroom and the response was Im really busy but Ill get to it when I can..she has a diaper on. I am so disappointed in this establishment.
