Overall professional with the exception of some rude employees, they don't bathe my father as much as they should every time I go to see him he smells like body odor amd fecal matter.

My grandmother has been a resident for the past 4 months or so. She absolutely loves the staff and the facility. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and caring. It is very obvious that they care about their residents and their well being. The staff takes time to sit and talk with my grandmother as well as feed her since she has become unable to do so for herself. My family couldn't ask for a place any better to make my grandmother feel at home and loved.

My mom has been there almost 4 months and she loves it all of the staff is great. Much cleaner than the ones on the west side in Jax and definitely doesnt have the smell of the others.
