We are future residents of Asbury, but right now I'm very unhappy and feel cheated, for we are paying rent on a house that we can not occupy. We sighed the contract on 15 September and started paying rent on that date, with the promise that certain improvements would be made. Thirty five days later the improvements have not been made and the house is full of detritus. Make sure the residence is up to standard with the work completed before signing the contract.
