they are not caring of their staff. residents are not getting the proper care. there is never linen when it is needed. and there are alot of roaches running around the building. never food to give to residents. and nurses are rude to the residents.

Working here is the worst. The executive director, DON, ADON, and department managers do not care about their staff. You see them walking down the hall every 5 minutes. Not to check on everything happening in their facility, but to go take a 45 minute break for the 100th time of the 8 hour shift to go smoke on their cigarettes. The building is leaking everywhere you look. They do not care to have it fixed until the roof collapses in over top of the residents. Worst place I ever worked at. Not to mention. The nurses like to harass the CNAs until the point where they do not care to even have a job. Which the managers also, laugh about.

If you care about your loved ones, please do not send them here. Many of the staff do no not care about the patients. I had a parent here and I was not happy with the care they were getting so I took them out. The staff seems very under standards as far as their knowledge of anything medical. The CNAs are rude and they do what they feel like. My parent was constantly in wet/dirty sheets. The nurses dont know anything about anything and they wont even try to find answers. Also...giving patients a wipe down twice a week is not ok, I have never heard of that. If I could give them ZERO stars...I certainly would. The checkout process was even worse because literally I had to take care of everything and arrange my own transportation. They have a social worker that doesnt assist you in anything. I would not recommend this place if it was FREE. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR RELATIVES OR FRIENDS HERE.

Avoid this dump at your own peril. The noise from deaf people playing TV all night, so the 2nd night I raised H and they turned them off.Beds harder than a rock. Staff nice only positive. I had my doc release me 2nd day. Home health care and my bed...More a nursing home than rehab, smells like one too.
