If I could leave a 0 star, I would. My mother came here for her bilateral knee replacement therapy, and it was the worst mistake my family made. She was neglected for most of the day. Her first 2 days, she did not receive any physical therapy. She had to call her PCP to complain for her to receive the therapy for the first time on her 3rd day. So out of the 5 days she was there, she only received therapy for 3 days. The only reason to come to this center instead of home health, is for the more focused therapy. The terrible experience at this center is something she will carry with her for the rest of her life, she never felt so neglected in her life. She is a vegetarian, and the staff did not give her any form of an entree the entire 5 days she was there. They instead gave her the same bowl of mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables every day, for 5 days. No concern for her well being at all.Please do not take your loved one here, it is not a good place.

My mom was in Diamond Ridge Rehab for over a month. The ENTIRE staff was OUTSTANDING! We cannot thank them enough for being so wonderful to our mom!!!
