I give Grand Living my highest endorsement and praise. My parents were residents at Grand Living and received outstanding care. Most importantly, they felt like Grand Living was their home. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents and family feel valued and welcomed. Terri Osteen, the Director, is a model of great customer service and is extremely approachable. Having been a Director of Training & Development for 3 Fortune 500 companies, I know how difficult it is to create a culture that is both caring and efficient. Terri and her staff have achieved both and are true professionals. Life at Grand Living includes wonderful food, lots of fun, meaningful activities, and a family-type atmosphere. It is everything it says it is and more.
