Perfect Location!

Absolutely terrible experience here! Cars are constantly being broken into, construction is still very far behind, management is rude and terrible with communication! They will go on public forms and are terrible to residents. Its awful to see! I strongly suggest looking at the adjacent properties in the area.

My experience has been amazing. The office staff is very professional, accommodating and very organized. Great communication. Highly recommend living here.

Update 3/25I will say that I am sorely disappointed in this place. I have been here since they let people in (Nov. '19). Between security issues, unfinished amenities, and a new building that looks like it has been here for at least 10 years, it is not worth the price. The elevators always smell terrible (if they work). After-hours security is a joke. The office staff are very nice (Tyler and Gladys...thank you to you both), but unfortunately that doesn't make up for condition of the place. I have decided to break my lease here for obvious reasons. In my opinion, it is certainly not worth the higher price tag.Update: They did indeed move people in before the holidays! The place still needs work (paint, fixing appliances, weird fire alarm issue), but the leasing office is working with us to get everything sorted. Updated from two to three stars. May update after things are fixed. The construction delays are a terror. I wanted to move in September but waited for the Oct 1 move-in date (even waited to sell my house). Found out less than week out (and the day I actually closed on my house) that move-in was pushed a month. I couldn't move in until Nov 1. Scrambled to find temporary housing and storage. Waited the month, now it's delayed again until Nov 15-30 (whatever that means). I want a real response, and a real move-in date.

UPDATE 02/07/2020Leasing Managers seem do everything to the best of their ability to help the tenants but at the end of the day a majority of things are not followed up on or finished in a timely manner whether its their fault or not. There are still huge construction delays (pool, gym, terrace) with no firm timeline on completion. The fire alarm goes off everyday. The elevators work off and on. Maintenance requests take forever. For example, my apartment was not finished being painted when I moved in Late November...I still have yet to get someone out to touch-up the walls with paint...ITS FEBRUARY! The Apartments are very very nice for what you pay so there is a trade off.
