I just want to say my mother before my Granny lived at Austin House. All of the Staff were and are the most genuinely caring people I have ever come across. I always felt they truly cared from the heart. Loved the welcome feeling the staff as well as the residents made me feel . Spending a full day was always a pleasure. So very thankful my 98year old Grannys last week's were spent with people that went above and beyond what her local family couldn't (wouldn't) be bothered with. Blessed I feel. My mom is currently living there. I am very pleased with the care she is receiving. There are many care givers on site and even a doctor. They let us bring her plants and fix up the room ourselves. She gets her medicine and the care she needs for dementia. Thank you Austin House. My family doesnt have to worry anymoreLisa
