Continue Care Home Health

All of the therapists, CNA's, and nurses were wonderful with my sister. We have used this agency twice and each time the employees were patient and compassionate when providing excellent care. I also appreciated how they worked with her hectic schedule of various doctor appointments and kept me informed. I was grateful they recognized when she had a change in her condition and promptly recommended she get an appointment with her primary doctor or the emergency room. We will definitely call Continue Care the next time she needs home health.

I went through and read the reviews with one star. I have to disagree. They are a great company who recitifies any situation they have. As with any company, problems arise. But it is how they deal with it that really counts. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE WITH GREAT VALUES.

the state of wyoming paid continue care to come into my home and clean, what i experienced was quit the different the mess this woman made was a real nightmare when cleaning the bathroom she used a bucket to put nasty dirty rags in and i found it hidden behind my toilet with mold and ants the floor and wall behind the toilet had never been cleaned this so called house keeper would always show up a minimum of 15 minutes late and leave 20 minutes early and left me with a bigger mess to deal with than when she arrived so i fired them i have not a clue what it is the state of wyoming is paying for but just remember it's your tax money the state is spending on wednesday kayle a cna texted me she wanted to visit she is supposed to clean my house if she did anything it was left unclean and nothing was done that i needed done on tuesday she was supposed tho show she did not not even a call again she wasted my time and tax payer money so wednesday kalya texted me she wanted a visit i texted why?you don't really do anything if you show at all YOUR FIRED today i found out kayla and continue care accused me of inaproprate behavior i want people to know this action by kayla and continue care is a lie instagate by kayla to get me in trouble to cover up the fact that she was a bad cna and i want kayla to know i have and use several security and webcams inside my home all conversations are recorded including my phone i learned a long time ago security to protect ones self is very important so beware kayla continue care in my opinion is a dangerous company to do business with

The staff at Continue Home Health Care was awesome. They were personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable and helpful.
