I dont understand how a place that prides themselves on taking care of individuals, can be so naive. A patient comes to you for rehab and help and within 72 hours you dang near kill them, because of NEGLECT! how you seem to have the amount of stars you have just baffles me. Your job is to care and take care of your patients. Not just see them as a damn dollar sign. CARE IS IN YOUR DAMN NAME! Do your jobs and actually care for a person not treat them as another dollar!

I have worked here it was a great place to work I loved the residents I worked with they we're great people. The sad part about working in a nursing home is that the residents do not get the care and the personnel attention that they do so deserve. This why I love doing in home personnel care because they have the 1one1 care they don't have to wait for ever for someone to answer their call light to get to the bathroom or to get there personal care needs or other needs met that they may need. They can maintain as much of their independent as possible while still getting the care they need in the privacy of their own home. I'm by no means putting nursing homes down I just don't feel that people that go into a nursing home get the love and care that they deserve. This what brought me to wanting to do home health care so that I can meet the needs of all my clients on a 1 on 1 basis. And they get their personal care that they deserve.

I received very good care and treatment The therapy treatment was wonderful. They got me up and going very professionally.

So sad that a 5 star rated facility can't or is unwilling to transport a loved to their facility to receive proper care. Reducing that person to have to opt for 1 star care to receive treatment.
