We cant say enough good things about the experience we had with Primrose when an 80+ year old relative moved in. The staff is exceptionally caring, friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to know all the residents by first name. The facilities are fantastic. The range of services and activities are among the best weve seen in the area. There was very little adjustment time with what was actually a big lifestyle change. It truly feels like home.
