This place is 3 years in arrears in paying their special assessments on on each unit (unless recently closed upon). Their are putting each family that has a life lease estate in dire straights by the looming foreclosure for failure to pay. More over, they have racked up nearly $100,000 in penalties and fees for being late with the payments and the lessors are the ones being hurt! They refuse to answer any questions other than to day 'they are working on it'. BS. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The monthly maintenance fee is rather high for amenities and service. For a senior facility, there have been some significant inconveniences such as frequent elevator outages as well as recent water shut offs (two separate incidents lasting an entire day). Maintenance requests take forever if they respond at all. Outdoor lighting out for weeks at one entrance. Grounds staff do not know how to care for trees, mounding mulch too high which compromises the tree. Large tree fell over due to improper staking.
