TERRIBLE PLACE. Dishonest, shady. My aunt looked at places here. The marketing director told her that the place she looked at was THE LAST UNIT left. He told her she'd better snatch it up or it would be gone. She committed, signed the contract and gave them $2,500 deposit. The next day... The marketing guy called and said he had made a mistake and wanted to change the unit that she signed for to a different unit. (What? He claimed she'd better hurry and sign cause there was only 1 unit left! Now there are more???) The unit she paid for was a model and had a blue colored wall. He wanted to switch her to a different room. He was pressuring her relative to get in touch with her while she was at an oncologist appointment, finding out how much longer she had to live! One of the head administrators and another guy became extremely angry when she wanted to stay in the place she put a deposit and signed contract on.... These people are only friendly and professional until they get your money and you sign the contract! It is all downhill after that...... I know that we all love our relatives, so I would tell you or recommend to you....under no circumstances should you put your loved one here if you want them to thrive! STEER CLEAR. Grandma was here. Not enough staff. Grandma waited 10-15 minutes for CNA after she pressed her button to go to the bathroom. I was there numerous times when this happened as I visited regularly. Don't dare complain. or social workers cop an attitude and we were treated very poorly after doing so. Terrible food as well.

WORST NURSING FACILITY EVER! Do NOT send your loved ones here. It is a horrible facility with staff who do not care about the well-being of their residents. Safety is not a priority. They bed multiple residents into single rooms that is packed with equipment and expect them to maneuver around it without assistance. My grandfather has been found multiple times flipped over in his wheelchair because they refuse to assist him to the bathroom. He suffered a stroke and has weakness on one side, and they positioned his bed up against the wall so that he cant even use his good side, and they refuse to move it back. He had a cut on his back caused by a fall and the RN literally could not even find a piece of gauze to cover it. This is only a sliver of what has happened at this facility. Steer clear of this place!!!!

The Social workers are great. The nursing staff is always shorthanded. The food is horrible in the nursing section. The administrator was dishonest. My mother's wedding ring was yanked off my mom's hand 2 days before she died. The administrator told me the theft was witnessed by 2 NA's but when the police came to interview them they had been told not to get involved.
