Foxhaven Apartments

What a wonderful community to be a part of. Very nice neighbors, a quiet residence with a woodland feel, and pet friendly! My roommate and I were searching for a place to live during quarantine and all of our tours were virtual at the time. The first time we stepped foot inside our apartment was on move-in day, which is a big leap of faith! However, we chose Foxhaven because our communication with Goga was consistent, professional, and thorough; she addressed all of our questions and concerns through the process. They foster a sense of community with a Facebook page and encourage pet contests and patio decorating. We loved that little touch! We knew it would be a great community to be a part of. This is the first apartment I moved in to that I didn't feel the need to have to deep clean everything before settling in. We were pleasantly surprised how well taken care of everything was! I had put in a maintenance request the other day and someone was over in 5 minutes. The staff really seems to care about the residents. We love it here!

Foxhaven apartments at Waukesha was our home for last 7 years. When I look back at our stay, I do get a good feeling about it. Here are some Pros and Cons:Pros:- Nice construction. Strongly built. Walls and floors are Not flimsy as some other apartments I have lived before.- Aesthetically beautiful. They do the landscaping, exterior painting, roof replacement at regular intervals.- Every unit has separate access doors. This gives a feeling of a single family home in an apartment setting.- Spacious! We really liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living area. Two bedrooms were big as well.- Superb maintenance! All our issues were addressed immediately whenever we raised any maintenance request - be it electrical, mechanical, plumbing or carpentry related.- It is a very safe locality. Did Not see any unlawful activities in the apartment complex in all the 7 years we had lived there. Very peaceful. - Management is good. Goga is helpful and is willing to listen in every situation. :) They will make you feel at home. - Location is great. A lot of shops, grocery markets, fast food joints, eateries are within a 5 minute of driving distance!Cons:- School district is Not that great. But Not a fault of the apartment. Please keep in mind the elementary school assigned to this location is one of highest-rated in the entire state! But the middle and high schools do Not have any good rating! So please be aware.- The nearby roads do Not have any walking strips. No place to do a morning walk or evening stroll outside the apartment complex. - No community room, playground or pool for the residents to enjoy. Management should plan of adding them in future. But again, personally I was Not that worried about these!

Great place to live! Staff is amazing, and maintenance is outstandingI moved in 2 weeks ago. I must say I really enjoy living here. The staff Stacy here is amazing and very helpful providing all the details of my move. Community is very well maintained. This apartment has a real homey feel to it, which is difficult to find in an apartment.

We toured the apartments and there are nice and look well maintained, the leasing person is also nice to work with.
