Would not recommend working there .A very negative experience not worth the pay.Some staff that work there don't need to follow rules and regulations of the watertown regional medical center. Not much for residents to to do small rooms.

Anyone who wants proof of the existence of angels should visit Highland House. The entire staff treated my mother like a queen during her stay there. These are the most caring human beings I have ever met. We could not have found a better place for my mother to get the care she needed.
