This place was great when it first opened. Now it has gone down hill in such a short time. You can tell EVERY employee is there only for a paycheck. You pay 5k a month or more and the staff is not very attentive. When something happens to a resident...like falling... They do not even tell the family. No one knew until they came to visit!! The residents are not 'walked' likelthey should be. They are sa down and left alonr. The person who runs this place needs to be trained better and train their employees better and keep tabs on everyone. I am not impressed with this place. Most of the employees need to be replaced as well as the person who runs it. The emoloyees are highly lacking compassion and passion for what they do and the residents.
