Willow Pointe Memory Care

My dad moved in and lives there. We as a family are so happy with the care and services. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. Other families are happy so that is reassuring.

I will leave this up to those of you who are thinking of using this business to care for your loved ones. I know an employee who was hired there a couple of months ago. She loved the elderly she cared for. She was always concerned for their emotional needs. She struggled with them over their fears, such as 'where am I', 'what is happening to me', 'why can't I remember anything'. She privately shared their tears and did the best she could to reassure them that everything would be alright. This employee was in a serious car accident over the weekend. Fortunately, she was wearing a seat belt which saved her life. She was only off work for two days. The day before she was scheduled to return to work, they called and fired her for missing work. She explained that she had all the documentation to prove what happened was true. They did not care...she was fired for missing work!! Do you really want to leave a beloved family member with a business that shows this kind of lack of compassion? I happen to own a business in the same area and have many more employees than this business does. I would NEVER do anything like this to one of my employees. This is just my opinion..but their response is quite unbelievable to me. The owners may want to re check who they left in charge. I know I would!
