Poorly running place-short staffing, low compensation rates and with end of live care residents which didn't correlated at all to the current legal status of two firms squeezed in. If you are seeking employment, it is a trap.

This facility may have you loved ones in harm's way when they've already been reported for abuse and they cover up the abuser the owner is racist and she has Alzheimer's so she doesn't even know what she's really doing she gives some people hours and nobody else hours and this is from an employee's aspect I would not send your loved ones to this place

Sonrisas is a great place to work and an amazing place for residents to live at. My boss Kathy cares so much about all her caregivers and cares a lot especially about the residents. The residents are given phenomenal care at all times. Ever since I started working at Sonrisas, all my co workers and Kathy have been very welcoming. The family like atmosphere is what makes Sonrisas stand out!
