I've always had positive experiences when I've needed to interact with any of the staff. They are great community resource. I've borrowed ramps of different sizes and shapes to get into community gatherings. My friend was recently able to borrow a cane for her mother who was visiting.

Ive worked with this place for my needs since 2016. My first Payee was Jed he was amazing very helpful with questions and getting back to me for request, he found a different job opportunity so I was placed with Barb. We really havent been meshing well as a lot of my emails go in answered and I mostly dont get a response. She doesnt like emails because they turn into a chat which she doesnt have time for.. Ive also asked her about getting off of disability once I Ive obtained my college degree and she hasnt responded to my emails wondering what would happen if I did. Im changing services to the area I live in now and honestly I dont recommend her personally as a payee. Its nice to see that the other payees mentioned here are great!
