Care Partners Assisted Living

My Dad needed an assisted living facility. He had been in the hospital for injuries as a result of falling, once again. His doctor said he couldn't live safely and independently at his home any more. With the help of the hospital case manager and my research, I walked into four recommended assisted living facilities and asked for a tour at each one. I picked out two I thought my Dad would do well at. The next day, he and I went back to the two assisted living facilities and then he interviewed them. He picked Care Partners saying, 'He would be satisfied to live there.' He lived there one and a half years. We worked with caring staff, he had round the clock care, and as he became more disabled the staff adjusted their care to his needs. The price was reasonable compared to the other assisted living facilities. He was able to eat some of the foods he was used to. Many times I brought in his Polish foods and the staff cooked them for him. That made him happy. Many relatives and friends stopped in to visit him and said he was in good care. Living 160 miles away, that made me feel good. I would highly recommend Care Partners as they were a good match for my Dad.--Margaret Kelley
