Unprofessional, filthy, unemphatic, dishonest and neglectful are just a few words that are top of mind when reflecting on my encounters with this staff and facility. This facility should be shutdown.

As a neighbor of this facility, I had an encounter with the mgr(?) or whatever her title was, regarding their snow removal service. They had pushed the snow onto our property as well as the public sidewalk causing a huge drift/pile that froze over. I never have met a more unprofessional person in my life. Rude, sullen, argumentative, downright miserable person. Oh, name, Trish, who had the nerve to tell me to call corporate. Yea, seems like a shady outfit. Try to get someone of importance. So, if this is the way she treats a neighbor, families beware of your loved ones. Yeah, the 4 and 5 star, I'm going with employees. Quite the overwhelming experience they had to give 4 and 5 but no comments except some thumbs up.

Called, and a very clueless rude employee basically hung up on me, after telling me to 'byyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyye'. Um, do you have 5 year olds working there?

Geez. Sure looks like employees are giving reviews on google? This company needs either a new owner, new staff, a few MORE citations from the State of WI. Lazy workers. At various locales.
