Are used to love this place ever since I started Ive been there for a year once I did something wrong then the DON want to meet out the building I dont work six doubles straight but they dont never say when people call Lynn and when I do doubles they calling on both shoes they dont never look at that they look at the fact that if somebody missed the one time they want to quit the fire somebody I would never ever go back to them

Very disappointed that no one answers at front desk. Messages go unanswered and never returned.Never know if patient is getting the care needed, or Doctors appointments being made.Social Worker does not return calls either. Very concerning about patients quality of care at this facility.

The Assisted Living is the nicest in the area that excepts Family Care, Community Care and Private pay. I toured this facility and was very impressed with the atmosphere.

My friend at Franciscan gardens told me that she is spoken to very rudely often! and if you complain your treated worse. Maybe the state should be notified?

Left a msg with Receptionist to relay a msg I was coming to visit a resident and I drove a hour and resident did not receive msg yet after a hour.
