I lived here twice now in the most reason I moved out was because of the fire alarm

My husband and I stayed there during our college years. Susan was accommodating and very understanding of our situation. They actually have a lot of small programs that benefit the senior citizens there which I thought was a nice touch. We did have the room just above the front entrance and, during winter times when it was really cold, the pipes to our bathtub would freeze and wouldn't drain properly. Though it was a slight inconvenience, it really doesn't define my stay there. I would definitely recommend any seniors and/or students to live there. Love that it was only a 10min walking distance to UW.
