Oakton Beach is an amazing place to call home. I have enjoyed living here for three years and I can't say enough about how great it is. Being so close to the lake and walking trails and just a short drive to the Kettles make this property so great. There are also tennis courts and a pier that looks out over the lake make this a great destination for people that love the outdoors. Everyone is very friendly and there are many different styles of apartments to fit everyone's needs. The staff here are like family and we are so happy that we decided to make this our home. I added a photo of the sunset on the lake from the pier.

This is a wonderful place to live! Spacious garage, in-home washer and dryer, tree-lined open space for walks, and added benefit of relaxing on the pier overlooking Pewaukee Lake in the summer and fall.

I have only been here a couple months but I like it very much. The management is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and kept up very well. All the residents I have met are very nice and kind. I love being able to look out my window to see deer almost every evening. I appreciate how secluded and quiet it is here while at the same time being 5 minutes away from stores that meet everyone's tastes with quick access to the highway. There is also quick access to the lake which attracted me most and that will allow me to launch my kayak and paddle board within minutes once the weather warms up so I can enjoy Pewaukee lake.

Ive been living at Oakton beach for almost 2 years and can honestly say this is the best place to live! The office and maintenance staff are some of the best people! Ive had only minor maintenance issues since I moved in and they are always handled promptly and with a smile! I cant imagine living anywhere else, its quiet and clean and very friendly. The type of place where neighbors wave to each other. I love it here!
