They are under staffed and don't do a good job at personal hygiene of the residents. I call up there they tell me they gonna give her a bath then I find out they didn't. Claim my mom is refusing baths .then they tell me they don't always have enough staff to give my mom a bath on a regular basis cause my mom needs a two person assistance to get her up.my mom says the food is not very good anymore.

Daily activities, usually bring in singers and entertainment once a month. Could use more staff, consistent staff. Some stay a long time, some turn over. Overall a good fit for family that needs care. Amy is very helpful to answer your questions

Very caring and warm staff. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the this facility. The buildings are truly beautiful. The sitting rooms in the front are so cozy with fireplaces, and a touch of elegance with large grand pianos playing tunes throughout the day. Making the difficult decision to place your loved one into care is made a little bit easier knowing they are being put in a true home away from home. I cannot stress enough the kindness, and compassion these hardworking employees show the residents. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend putting your loved one at Westbrooke or Eastbrooke. In my observation, the facility is poorly managed and residents receive poor care because of it. There are many promises made, but none are ever kept including things like providing basic care and needs. The owner is never available for residents or family needs. She does not communicate with or train staff, and doesnt know what shes doing or what is going on in the facility. Residents do not receive any physical or cognitive activity. None. They are forced to sit all day/night in front of the TV or at tables in the dining room - with no interaction & no staff present to assist with needs. There is not adequate staff to care for resident needs. Basic daily needs are not met. Personal hygiene needs are not met. Housekeeping needs are not met.
