Grand Hills Castle was a wonderful place for my father to spend the last phase of his life. It is a beautiful new facility full of light and community spaces. The best part, though, is the skilled and caring staff. We witnessed so many remarkable instances of patience and understanding in dealing with the special needs and concerns of the residents. They were always treated with great respect. Staff members made a great effort to learn about my father, sitting and talking with him about his life. We always felt he was safe and well cared for. We also appreciated the security system that prevented residents with memory issues from leaving the facility unaccompanied.
