U have a CNA who works there who's constantly taking drugs ie methadone, adderal, & Xanax & isn't prescribed any of these. There should be drug screenings done on your employees but she's worked there many years & has used these drugs the whole time & no one's the wiser. She even admitted to getting pain meds from the patients there. Something needs to be done about this, if not, I will be contacting the better business bureau.
