This is a poorly run facility from my experience. Sebring is very unorganized, the employees dont seem to be treated very well as many of them appear to be quite unhappy and work slowly. The turn around rate for RNs and CNAs is higher than a healthy amount. I would love to see this facility flourish and grow but in my years of coming here nothing has changed.
