Be sure to ask for a visit with several residents before signing up for living here. The management is very negative, doesn't listen to residents' ideas, questions, or problems that develop over time living here. Other buildings managed by this company would be a much better bet for comfortable long-term living. The manager here is quite ignorant regarding treatment of residents.

Very nosy and untruthful Resident Manager.Regional Manager, working out of Dubuque IA, is rude, almost hostile, to residents.It is quite clear that $$$$ is the SOLE concern of Horizon DBM, who manages this place.
