My mother-in-law was in Geneva Lake Manor for 7 years. We had no issues while she was there. She got the best care, and they treated her like family. Good meal, always some kind of activity going on, and you could tell they all really cared about her. Any thing going on with her and they would call us right away to keep us up to date. Very friendly staff and we loved them as much as they loved her.

This is a c-diff playground. Do you want your loved one suffering diarrhea for months?Addressing Manor's cya response, naturally 'your records' do not show this, because you do not follow up with patients after discharge. People do not get this condition in a vacuum. They get it from extended stay in facilities. A family member had it upon leaving your facility. She was not in another. No response would have been far better than a half-factual defensive stance.
