Staff are friendly and appear to care about their clients, and needs. However, Devonshire fails miserably on notifying the designated Medical Power of Attorney (MPOA) regarding changes in health and medical needs. Case-in-point a client that requires hospitalization or emergency department services and fails to notify the family MPOA.

My mom is in assisted-living at Devonshire Acres. My mom and I both think the food is really good. The staff is very caring and good to Mom. The maintenance crew are the best.
