It looks so nice on the outside but inside is a joke ... for there workers I worked there a month and I got harrassed by one employee the boss wouldnt do nothing after she even went to the point of putting hands on me and cops had to be called they held my check without pay for over a month and I still haven't recieved anything for work If your looking for a home care place this isn't it...

So many great things to say about this community. My husband and I flew in from Nashville to visit a loved one here, and the community was immaculate and staffed by some of the most caring and courteous folks. The nurse Brenda and her assistant Phil are really some of the nicest and most caring individuals Ive met. I felt with grandmas transition here, from her old residence was one of the best moves my uncle could have made.

My wife's mother and father have been in Autumn leaves at least 6 months or more and received the most attention and care anyone could ask for . Managers Wayne and Michelle went out of their way to be sure that the caring staff did well. Everyone gives 110 percent.
