Three Pillars Senior Living Communities

I worked here and have always loved the residents and their family members. Management does not care about their staff. I was on maternity leave and COVID-19 started when I was suppose to return. Due to no childcare and my doctor restrictions I was not able to work. They asked me to resign and I told them no. Due to my doctors note I couldnt work in other areas either. I never refused work, I told them I had no one to watch my infant. I applied for unemployment and a week later (after it still says pending) I receive a letter in the mail thanking me for my resignation and to reapply when this is all over. Kathy in HR sent it and signed it but I never once talked to that woman on the phone. Instead I spoke to a Samantha who claimed she would call me back but never did. When I asked for a phone number for someone higher up she told me she didnt have anyones number but can give me Kathy (who has still yet to call me back). They keep the staff on that doesnt care about anything except the pay check and get rid of the people who care and work hard and love doing what they do.

One year ago, my grandmother passed away in their care. Last week, we received mail from them, soliciting for a fundraiser, addressed to my grandmother. I was appalled at such insensitivity.

My 95 year old Mother has been at Three Pillars for three years. First in their Memory Care facility and now in their Nursing Care facility. As a physician, I feel I know how to evaluate health care facilities and Three Pillars is exceptional on all fronts. The staff is very caring, the attention to my Mothers care is reassuring, the food is good and it doesn't have the typical fragrance of a nursing home. This last point assures me that they value infection control and the residents' overall comfort.

Looks like a great place to retire to. I was there for Wisconsin Welsh club meeting. As I recall the directions we were given made it a little tricky to find. But once I got there there was plenty of parking and the food was very good
