The heritage is definitely one of the best facilities in the Fox valley. From the moment I walked in the front door I knew this was a place for me. The staff are great and I love that they have multiple RNs on staff. The food is great, I love the coffee shop and that I can order what I like. The convince store is really nice and helpful. Overall I couldnt rate less than 5 stars

Last week my father passed after spending three years at Heartwood Homes. It was during those last few difficult days that I was once again reminded how the staff and residents had become family. The staff not only took outstanding care of my dad but also showed great love and care for my entire family. We laughed together, hugged together and cried together. Because Heartwood Homes is a smaller facility the staff knew and understood every aspect of my dads personality, quirks, strengths and weaknesses. He was treated with dignity , respect and was loved. I remember how difficult it was to move my father from his home. I was filled with doubt, guilt, fear and concern . I can honestly say that Heartwood Homes was the very best decision we could have made, my dads last years were enhanced because of the owners and employees of Heartwood Homes .

Very nice facility, spacious rooms, attentive staff, and many weekly activities. My mom was living alone in a condo and we moved her to The Heritage. She is meeting people, engaged in activities, eating better, and overall much happier.
