We were a vendor also. Paid very slowly, then not at all. Sent to collection for a couple thousand $. They paid some, then we just wrote the rest off.

The staff was great with my mother the month and half she was at Maple Lane in Shawano, WI but after she passed it's been a nightmare. We paid for a partial month until Medicaid was approved. Once it was approved we're told by Medicaid that they would only pay for a full month. So we need to request a refund. Which my sister told them and they should bill Medicaid. After she passed they called to say we still owed money cause we only paid for a partial month. My sister informed them again that she as approved for Medicaid and they were suppose to bill them and we we're to be refunded. My sister reach out to them several times to make this was taken care of and they gave her the number for there office in Appleton. I called and was told a request for the refund was made. A month later we still had not received a refund, so I called again and never got a call back. My husband called a month later and after several calls was not able to get an answer. He was able to get another number for someone in NJ. He has called and left several messages but we still haven't gotten a call back. We have dealing with this for 6 months and my mother was only in their care for less than 2 months. We can't close out her estate until this is taken care of. It's at the point where we need to look at more actions.

We have been waiting for payment on a number of calls we have done there - very poor communications with the a/p department, lots of promises, but no money. Just turned them over for collection and won't be going back

I agree with the below review-they do not pay their bills. We service their phones and its immature and extremely unprofessional the lengths they go to to avoid paying for vendor's services. I have left multiple voicemails with no response. May have to drive there in person and finally talk to someone!

I agree with these other two reviews. We are a vendor for them as well and set up the accounts on a credit system. They do not pay their bills. We have called, emailed and send them statements with no reply. Very unprofessional company. Strongly recommend payment first before selling or servicing any of the Atrium Facilities.
