They do not put the needs of there patients first, certain things needed to be done medically and was neglected. They also have people in there and some can't handle the cold very well due to underlying health conditions and they seem to care less!

This place needs to keep the patient in mind and make sure the needs of the patient are met. They have dropped off patients at our facility alone, who should not be left alone, and some that can not communicate themselves.

After working in a previous facility for 4 years, and now being at Oakwood Villa for over 5, I can honestly say that this facility and its staff are above and beyond.I could not imagine working anywhere else! The staff,from housekeeping to dietary, therapy to certified nursing assistants and nurses, all worn together as a team, and are proud of their team. This, in turn, has provided longevity in the staff that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else.As a 5 star building per state survey and Medicare guidelines, you aren't going to find better policies and procedures anywhere else. I could go on and on! I encourage you to come and tour our facility and find out more. You will not be disappointed.

Not good my aunt is in there now she called me and just complained about it she has not had a shower or bath in a week she needed help to go to the bathroom and pulled the red cord it took the staff a half hour to come help and they have her sharing a conjoined bathroom with a male instead of another female this place is not good
