I would not recommend Colonial Vista. My mother-in-law resided in the assisted living portion. While she had a beautiful large room, we were forced to move her because one of the nurses made several mistakes in her medication. We were lucky to have caught them as they could have been quite serious. There were also issues with failing to properly clean her room and slip and fall issues. We finally moved her at considerable cost to her. Once she moved, though, I was able to stop worrying.
