They don't deserve any stars & have a plethora of unhappy residents. The nurse, Lauren is happy to keep clients dangerously overmedicated while the director panders on about 'holisitc care'. Your loved one won't get help making even a simple phone call. Will be forced to bend to their schedule, will be ignored or talked down to. The personal rooms reek of urine, and there are often visible messes. The doors aren't even easily accessible for residents with adaptive equipment. This is not a good place. Hell, I wouldn't send the people I like least in this world to be treated in such a fashion. What they are doing here is sickening and they need to be held legally accountable.

As a hospital case manager looking to place someone in assisted living, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, care and compassion of the director of nursing at Kadie Glen, Jenny Powell.Jenny rapidly facilitated a compassionate and concise transition from our rehab to Kadie Glen. I was impressed with how attentive, interested and engaged Jenny was with the patient and the transfer process. I look forward to collaborative exchanges in the future. Thank you for setting the precedence of excellence in patient-centered, holistic care. Bravo!
