Lots of sick people and not enough caregivers. Mom and I got really sick from visiting there. Still are.

Staff could be a little bit more responsive to the residence. Wish they would keep better tabs on them.

My mother Betty Seekman lives there. We have a small family and I am the only living able son. I thank God that they are able to take care of my sweet mother and understand the payment situations. Otherwise we would have a horrible situation. I know I am very thankful for Cascade Inn.
