In response to Mr. Griffin's review: I am the Administrator at Puget Sound Assisted Living. Mr. Griffin's is a disgruntled ex-employee who has chosen to vent his frustrations by denigrating an agency who's 100 plus staff members strive each day to support the individuals that are entrusted to our care by helping them to achieve their highest level of independence while ensuring that they have healthy and positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives. We would encourage anyone interested in our services to view our state survey history rather than relying on someone's opinion who has a questionable motive and agenda.

The worst place for anyone to be in client or employee. All of the staff is rude. There is no accountability, workers stay on their cell phones and neglect residents. I worked there for about 7 months. I'm a profession housekeeper and when I did a thorough cleaning of the house I worked in I found expired medications from 10 years ago. When I brought proof and my concerns to a meeting, management interrupted me, sent the rest of the staff away and spoke with me in private. I was told my standards were too high and I needed to back off. They should get some standards. Hate that company I hope they get shutdown they do not care about the clients whose money they are happily stealing from.
