Unless you have deep pockets, BEWARE. Everything started out great, but within 10 months the health care for my father-in-law increased 700%, as a outside CNA was required to come in 12 hours a day. It seemed that one nurse had it our for our family, and was driving the situation. We requested to have a different nurse, to no avail. We had several conferences, suggestions and offers were made, with no follow through on promised and committed actions. Due to the huge increase in price we were forced to move them, as this 'non profit institution' does not accept medicaid assistance should their clients run out of money. A beautiful place on the outside..... but not much when you get down to the details.

It is not an easy task to begin to make plans for one's future retirement years. It often means giving up a home you love, changing neighborhoods you know, downsizing in ways that seemed unthinkable a few years before. Two years ago we made those hard choices when we decided to move to the Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Community. We are so happily settled here in our independent living cottage. We have made new friends and enjoy an array of programs and social gatherings. We love the informality and friendliness of this community. And we do not miss anything about caring for a large home with upkeep, maintenance, gardening etc. We know that as our needs change we are in a place where they will be met by a professional, caring staff who know us. We are excited about the beautiful new Health Care /Memory Care facilities now being built right here on our campus. We are looking to the future with confidence.Now in our mid eighties, it doesn't get any better than that.

My decision to move to FTJ has proved too be a wise one. I expected a full range of care available. I hadn't anticipated the warmth of new friendships with residents and caring staff. It's an atmosphere of community and family.

We are enjoying a quality retirement in a friendly environment. The employees are the very best making our life easy and carefree. Knowing aging needs can be met in the complex eases peace of mind. We would recommend FTJ highly to anyone.

The best place on Earth for our Elderly. The environment is the Best! They really have great respect for the residents here. The staff is amazing they live to serve the residents!
