Jackie and the gang at the Blakley are fantastic. Patient, kind and helpful. The place is quiet ,clean and the tenants are mostly all happy. Highly recommend for all you 55 and overs.

I am reviewing the correct Blakely in Shoreline, WA.....and I love my apartment and the community. I have been here 3 years.My rent is affordable, the common areas are clean and have been revamped in the last month. New furniture, new paint, new art, its beautiful....I just wished the decorator had thought more about the fact that seniors live here. Some of the new chairs are a little low, but that can be rectified eventually.The staff are kind and work hard to make the Blakely our home. Jackie O in the managers office is amazing!Primarily a quiet area near Echo Lake has walking trails around the grounds, a quick juant to get to the Dale Turner YMCA.Sometimes parking can be a drag....a little pricey to have a garage spot but overall, a wonderful place to call HOME!!

Living here has been nothing but hassle and money being shelled out to a manager who doesnt want to take the time to get his stuff figured out. We have been told multiple times that there was an amount due on the account and paid that amount and then been told they applied the payments to something else so we still owe this and that. We have had to deal with loud neighbors who come in and out all hours of the night. Which normally wouldnt be a problem aside from the fact that they blare music at 11:00 PM on work nights. Nothing has been done to change it. They have been nothing but difficult to work with. I wouldnt recommend living here to ANYONE. I will never rent from another grey star property again. Definitely has not been a good experience for me.
