Brackett Apartments

Within the first year of living here our apartment had flooded due to factors we had no control over. Then we were charged with an expensive power bill for the drying fans the management had put into our apartment. Cars are frequently broken into but security is too busy harassing its own residents to do anything about it. The office is never consistently open due to the fact that the whole office closes when touring a potential tenant. Getting packages delivered here is a nightmare ever since they brought in the amazon locker. The locker seems to never be in working order and is an unnecessary middleman that just holds your packages hostage. Good luck on trying to get your packages if you lost your key fab because the building is closed half the time and you cant even get access into the building that has the locker without it; don't even think about replacing the fab because they'll charge you 50$ for it.

1 year update: My review will be updated based on how management addresses a current issue. Ive given them an opportunity to make it right. I hope that moving forward that safety is prioritized - focusing on towing vehicles does not help a community be safer. I understand where they are coming from but it is also important that they understand the missed opportunity to be better on their side. I want to give management the opportunity to resolve the issue before I go into the specifics of what happened - I will update my review based on what I hear back. My original review from a year ago (5stars):Easy and quick. No stress! Staff were knowledgeable and on time. My apartment was ready to go with no damage as well everything was clean. Loving my new apartment!

I love my 3rd floor apartment because it is like living in a treehouse with the velvet greenery of the broad leaves on the tall oaks shading both my bedroom (front and back) windows and deck with love and oxygen each spring and summer.

Loving it so far. Great amenities, friendly staff, never had any problems. The one time we needed some maintenance help it was taken care of in a day while we were at work.

Hello Kara, if you move here understand this. They work with you up to a point. They will say one thing and do another. Kaylee told us in an email that we had paid rent up to twos months. At day of signing she verbally told us the same thing. A month later we told this wasnt true. This month all of the complexes have had their mailboxes broken into by theft. The apartment we moved into was not cleaned properly. The floor had not been marked a basic move out/move in procedure. The carpet has odd size brown stains in the living area. The one bedroom is small.
