So I left my forthcoming and honest review of ICHB nursing home. I was trying to do an edit on it to say that the owner posted one of those 'online lip service responses' is what I call them, but my edit button didn't pop up. I did in fact leave a message and naturally, no return phone call. I'm just letting you know, the response from the owner was 'for show' for the public. sad!

my mom has been there 6 monthes now. Very good care. Clean. Food ranges from decent to very good. Grounds and bld maint very good. I would reccomend.

My father was in Ida Culver Nursing home and it was the most horrible experience of my life!!! I had to file several complaints against them and ultimately I was forced to move him after their horrid treatment. They were very covert in their actions. All the way from the Administrator Brittany Peterson down to some additional staff members. One staff member who no longer works their told me they were to notify the managers and admin when I came in the building. They knew I was not happy about my dad's treatment and lack of care and they knew I was watching what they were doing. After a long awaited time, the State finally cited them according to the state. Brittany Peterson is one of the worst people I have ever known. Hiding behind her smile is a woman who is all about the money! Sadly, my sister Linda C. works at AlJoya on Mercer Island doing and she said 'it is evil in there.'
