Our child had major surgery, and Fedelta was contacted for in home services. Long story short, there was some insurance issue. Fedelta was incredibly poor in communicating what the issue was so that we could have an educated conversation about it -- emails, and texts go over a week without response. We have asked for this to be elevated to higher leadership, as well as a conference call with insurance and this request has not been respected. We still have not received services, and they are recommending state insurance; this is a joke as our insurance is some of the best in the nation. Communication is poor, disjointed, and this is the worst experience we have had with our child's issues. Our insurance has repeatedly shared that Fedelta has been contacted, and has not replied to them, or submitted claims.

My family engaged Fedelta to provide 24/7 care for our father following a fall. He was in an assisted living facility that could not provide the care he needed. The caregivers were great with Dad - kind, caring, skilled, and professional. The admin staff was equally great to work with. Everyone we worked with helped make a difficult time a bit easier. We highly recommend Fedelta.

Everybody at Fedelta are very dedicated to their work and always go out of their ways to support others if they can. I love the fact that everyone can be so laid-back even during the stressful time. Last but not least, everybody is very open-minded and willing to take time to listen to concerns and work together to find solutions. Truly feel like home here.
