My grandpa is in his 90s and throughout the years we've been to Richland Rehab, Avalon, and Life Care Center of Richland. Of the 3, we felt Life Care was the best because of the cleanliness, food, and caring staff. We were at Avalon for less than 1 week but every day we were there, it smelled of urine in the hallways and the food looked and tasted like colored corn starch. Richland Rehab had friendly, caring staff but the food was not the best. Life Care always seemed clean compared to the other facilities, their food looked more like real food, and their staff were very responsive to his needs and concerns. A special thank you to Mary, Scott, Jon, Sanjay, Dominic, Juan, Sarah, Richard, Patricia, Joy, Dustin, Victor, and everyone else who made my grandpa's recovery and stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciate all your hard work, patience, and support.
