They were there before he ever even entered back through his own front door... they helped us for over a week and linctus as well to carepatrol who helped us get my dad into a very trusted and loving Adult Family Home... without Jen none of that would have been possible!!! I am in the difficult position of not being able to live close to my elderly grandmother, so when I had to secure some additional assistance for her, I chose Home Care Assistance. The initial conversation I had with Client Care Manager Jennifer (Jen) Taylor gave my instinct the best vibe, and I'm glad it influenced my selection. Jen was the individual I had the most interaction with, and she always made sure all caretakers were a good fit, making adjustments as warranted. Jen personally helped me with a couple of BIG things: One, she checked in with my grandma at least weekly and helped with a number of items, ranging from minor to important, related to my grandma's day-to-day routine, and Two, Jen identified a major need for an upgraded chair to help my grandma safely transfer to/from her walker; Jen helped locate a suitable, gently-used, attractive & extremely comfortable chair that my grandma loves, and it made such a huge difference - I'm still not over being giddy about that! Though we're making a transition to a different caretaker that meets our current needs (whom Jen helped locate & briefed about the care details), I can't say enough about Jen's service, thoroughness, conscientiousness, ownership-taking of our matters, and general caring, plus my grandma likes & appreciates Jen as well. Jen has been great about communication with me. Most of my long-distance stress and worry about this situation has been calmed down. I'll recommend your firm & Jen to anyone in the area who asks, and would return to your services if I were to need them again.
