Great place for rehab!

This facility has been an absolute joke. My mother was cared for by this facility. She did not have her pain managed ever while there. They didnt advocate for her with her insurance company. They were supposed to have a Doctor round on her every three days and only had one Doctor visit in a full month ... even with family advocacy. They supplied wrong information to the insurance provider. ...If you love your family member DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Some examples of issues: Improper documentation showing a plateau or degradation due to completely false information provided by Bethany to US Family Health Plan Lack of pain management provided by Bethany to engage in physical therapy to make progress to leave managed care Lack of physician care at the facility leading to lack of strong progress due to pain mismanagement by Bethany and no rounds by Physicians
